A pinot meunier with barely any dosage (1.5 g/l) matured in demi-muid from the 2017 harvest. The oak is well integrated and the wine is very saline, digestible and chalky. A champagne full of tension and minerality, best served with sushi. A great success.

Antoine Grethen

Antoine Grethen took over the family's 3 ha estate in 2016, just after graduating with a BTS in wine and spirits. The winemaker quickly converted to biodynamic viticulture. He takes part in the Champagne revival and joins the Compagnie des courtiers jurés-experts piqueurs de vins de Paris, responsible for appraising wines by intervening before commercial courts. Antoine is just beginning to market his first cuvées: "Mon Premier Vin", from the 2017 harvest, a 100% pinot meunier red coteaux-champenois and a white pinot meunier coteaux-champenois.
