Attractive presentation, generous bubbles and a golden yellow color with green highlights. The nose is gourmand: the olfactory intensity is of the highest quality, with aromas of candied lemon. Very well-balanced on the palate, with a long aftertaste. A well-structured wine to accompany white fish with cream sauce.
