Dark red, the grenadine color sets the tone and is reflected in the bouquet's aromas, which evolve from strawberry candy to cherry jam and peppery aromas. It's more like a red wine than a rosé champagne. The palate is more marked by red fruits (cherry, redcurrant and raspberry) which contribute to an exuberant, fruity and energetic body. A wine to match roast pigeon on the chest or duck breast with cherries.
