Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Aurélien Raymond Père and his wife Stéphanie, took over the estate in 2015, to make sustainable viticulture their guiding principle and produce organically. Their approach is based on strong values; respect for the environment, preservation of soil and water, and encouragement of biodiversity. This commitment was put into practice in 2022, during the harvest, when they obtained BIO/ Ecocert certification for an initial 2.3 ha area. They then created two cuvées under the Aurélien Raymond brand.
