As both growers and winemakers, the Bauchet family has been producing champagnes from their own grapes since 1920. Florence Bauchet Laubelle and Robin Bauchet cultivate approximately 33 hectares of vineyards divided into 52 plots spread across several terroirs in Champagne: the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs, and the Côte des Bar (including 23 hectares planted with Pinot Noir). Working alongside cellar master and oenologist Bruno Charlemagne, they practice sustainable, environmentally friendly viticulture—free of chemical herbicides and utilizing eco-grazing—to craft round, full-bodied champagnes.
