A family-owned estate established in the 1960s in Mongenost on the southern slopes of the Sézannais region, Hélène and Benoît Cocteaux cultivate 12 hectares of vineyards planted around the estate as well as across various regions of Champagne: the Côte des Blancs, the Marne Valley, and the Côte des Bar. Chardonnay makes up the majority of the vineyard and benefits from the limestone terroirs where it is grown. The estate has been certified organic since 2025. Winemaking is carried out plot by plot. To bring out the unique character of each terroir, the couple completely redesigned their winemaking facility, incorporating a large oak cask made entirely from Montgenost oak—sourced from their own forest—as well as the mineral-rich stone used in their stoneware jars.
