This 2014 seduces with its sparkling golden color where impetuous bubbles teem in abundance. The laid-back nose pursues a framework of stewed, pastry-like, gourmet ripe fruit. The attack on the palate is jovial, homogeneous and salivating. The nose lags behind, but the palate promises longevity. A mealtime Champagne to be served with orloff-style veal fillet.

Bochet-Lemoine

Champagne Bochet-Lemoine was founded in 1992 by the fusion of two estates: Champagne Lemoine Fils, founded in 1945, and Champagne Bochet-Massart created in 1957. Valérie Lemoine and Jacky Bochet currently perpetrate the family tradition by picking their grapes and vinifying their cuvées within the estate. Their vineyard covers 8,5 hectares spreading over Cormoyeux and Faverolles-et-Coëmy, situated between Épernay and Reims. The average age of the vines are approximately 35 years while the eldest are almost 50. The length of the ageing in bottle has been increased by six months before the disgorgement.
