Shimmering color oscillates between brilliant pink and grenadine. The nose reveals an indulgent bouquet of blackberry, fig and plum, with hints of English candy and lime. The palate offers a seductive duality: sometimes gourmand and spicy, sometimes stricter with concentrated red fruits. Its fine tannic structure is accompanied by aromas of cocoa, cherry, pepper and licorice. Perfect for a barbecue with friends.

CH. de l'Auche

CH. de l’Auche is the name of the second brand—the first being Prestige des Sacres—of the Germiny, Janvry, Rosnay (GJR) wine cooperative, founded in 1961. Sixty cooperative winegrowers supply their grapes, which are predominantly Meunier. The 40 crus are spread across approximately 100 hectares planted on terroirs composed of clay, marl, sand, and limestone. This diversity of soils allows the cellar master to create blends with minerality and depth. The winery is also committed to sustainable viticulture (VDC and HVE) and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
