Setting out from Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Olivier Bonville and his son-in-law Ferdinand Ruelle-Dudel—the duo at the helm of Franck Bonville Champagne—embark on a new journey: to meet the winemakers who shape the mosaic of Champagne’s 319 crus. The odyssey begins in their home base, where Olivier and Ferdinand are winemakers, with a core lineup sourced from the Côte des Blancs plots they traditionally cultivate, including Chardonnays and a blended rosé. After Belval-sous-Chatillon and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Olivier and Ferdinand have dropped anchor in Chamery to blend Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier.
