Departing from Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Olivier Bonville and his son-in-law Ferdinand Ruelle-Dudel, who together head up Franck Bonville Champagne, embark on a new journey: to meet the winemakers who shape the mosaic of Champagne's 319 crus. The Odyssey begins in Avize, where Olivier and Ferdinand are winemakers, with a permanent range of Chardonnays and a blended rosé from the Côte des Blancs parcels they have traditionally worked. Each year, they add to the permanent range. In 2025, Olivier and Ferdinand anchored in Mareuil-sur-Ay, where they blend Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, revealing all the richness and roundness of this exceptional Premier Cru.
