Rather ripe nose, with a dark, bramble-like edge. A few notes of white fruit (quince, apple) on aeration, but the whole remains mysterious and restrained. The palate is full of more solar energy, underlined by a fresh, salivating structure, with saline accents on the finish.

In 1971, Armand Rollin was the first to install a wine press in the village of Bragelogne-Beauvoir, in the heart of the Côte des Bar region. His son Daniel began making champagne in 1982, mainly for friends and family. Since 2010, Daniel's daughter Sandrine and Éric Braux have been managing the 7.5 ha estate, planted mainly with Pinot Noir on clay-limestone soils. The estate has been committed to the Terra Vitis label since 2012, and in 2021 will be certified HVE and VDC. Importantly, all their wines are made without added sulfites.
