The nose is immediately delicious, with aromas of pear, strawberry candy and violets. On the palate, we find the same fruity, floral greediness, with a round, soft texture thanks to the dosage. The whole remains airy and flattering. An accessible champagne, easy to enjoy, offering excellent value for money.

Claude Rigollot set up his business in 1970 near Bar-sur-Aube, with just a few acres of vines. He marketed his first bottles ten years later, in the 1980s. His son Emmanuel took over in 2009, after completing a BTS in technical sales at the Avize viticultural college and a long internship in the United States. The estate comprises almost 7 hectares of vines in Bergères and Baroville. Pinot noir is the predominant grape variety, complemented by 20% Chardonnay. The estate welcomes you by appointment to taste its wines in a cathedral tasting room.
