The nose, creamy with vanilla and clean blond oak, is like a sponge cake sprinkled with spices (cinnamon, nutmeg). The mineral mousse and fine bubbles remain creamy on the palate, which reveals itself to be salty and savory, more mineral than fruity, with a salty woody dominance and a juicy finish. An elegant wine, perfect both as an aperitif and at the table.

Based in Mourmelon-le-Petit, the Cuperly champagne house was founded in 1845. Initially a wine and spirits merchant, it turned to champagne in 1900. With the acquisition of a vineyard in Verzy, classified as a Grand Cru on the Reims mountain, the history of Cuperly champagnes began. Now based in Prunay, the company is run by Cécile Cuperly, and is turning to exports under the impetus of Sophie, Cécile's daughter and marketing director.
