Luminous color and nose, all elegance and restraint, with bright fruit and subtle pastry notes followed by a golden woodiness like rays of sunshine. An airy, whipped mousse and crackling bubbles melt on the palate. The deliciously harmonious palate is marked by granny smith, barely baked apricots, brilliantly fresh and light as air. The delicacy of the oak is well integrated. Magnificent. Enjoy as an aperitif, with turbot or lobster.

Based in Mourmelon-le-Petit, the Cuperly champagne house was founded in 1845. Initially a wine and spirits merchant, it turned to champagne in 1900. With the acquisition of a vineyard in Verzy, classified as a Grand Cru on the Reims mountain, the history of Cuperly champagnes began. Now based in Prunay, the company is run by Cécile Cuperly, and is turning to exports under the impetus of Sophie, Cécile's daughter and marketing director.
