Bright gold hue. Harmonious, saline, mineral nose, with white and yellow fruits. The mousse is creamy and lively, the bubbles delicate and fine. The palate is supple and round, fragrant, tasty, gourmand, with a hint of oak, saline and chalky, sapid, delivering an intense minerality. Long, intense, salivating finish.
