The opaque lemon color with golden highlights delivers a vinous nose with concentrated notes of ratafia, apple, pear, stone fruit, cookies and a sweet-salty cocktail mix for nibbling. The bubbles are crisp and lively, with a sandy mousse. Gourmet and balanced, the palate is mineral and fresh, with silky white and yellow fruits and a long, fresh finish.

Didier-Ducos

Didier-Ducos is a family estate born in the 1950s in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois, on the southern slopes of Epernay. Three generations of winegrowers succeeded each other and in the 1980s, thanks to the arrival of Christophe and his wife Dominique, the house greatly flourished and expanded. Since then, their son, Nicolas has joined them on their 8-hectare estate where they use sustainable farming methods.
