Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Practicing organic farming since 2010, this dedicated estate in the Côte de Nuits produces wines from various appellations, including Fixin Blanc, Marsannay, and Mazy-Chambertin. Founded by Armelle and Jean-Michel Molin, the estate is now run by their son Alexandre, who joined them in 2004. Since then, the 8-hectare estate has been moving toward increasingly natural wines, notably with two cuvées—one white and one red—vinified without sulfites and aged in earthenware jars.
