Located in Gevrey-Chambertin, this historic estate, founded in 1910 by Henri Bouvier, is now run by his grandson, Bernard. Its 30 hectares of vineyards are planted exclusively in the Côte de Nuits region, primarily with red grape varieties. The wines span various appellations, ranging from Bourgogne to Échezeaux. The estate, which was once certified organic, is committed to sustainable farming practices and meticulous work in both the vineyard and the cellar: old vines, hand-harvesting, and aging in demi-muids or concrete eggs.
