A classic, expressive nose, blending citrus, juicy pear, ripe yellow fruit, toast, chalk and a touch of pepper. On the palate, medium bubbles refresh with a velvety, suave texture, where white nectarine and mango intertwine. The dosage, though present, is well integrated. A well-balanced, gourmet champagne, perfect to open a lovely evening.

Fernand Lemaire

The Lemaire family has been in the wine business since 1860. At first, the business was just a sideline, until Fernand decided to devote himself entirely to winegrowing. The family's 6-hectare estate, located in Hautvillers, a premier cru commune, was created and the first vintages marketed as early as 1903. Since 2022, great-grandchildren Hélène and her brother Benoît have managed the estate. They produce their cuvées with respect for tradition and sustainable viticulture. The vineyard is certified HVE (high environmental value).
