Seductive champagne. Beautifully expressed, the nose seduces with notes of red berries, pomelo and spicy dried fruit. The palate is precise, juicy and creamy, and the structured chewiness is greedy with a hint of fruit paste. An aperitif champagne to be opened with a redcurrant-raspberry tart and chibouste cream.

François Dubois

The adventure began with François Dubois. Born in 1764, he founded the brand in the village of Faverolles-et-Coëmy, a few kilometers from Reims. Today, Nicolas Dubois and his wife can accommodate, in their ultra-modern facilities, the harvest from their 40 ha of vines and the grapes from the 120 ha of their exclusive partners to produce 5 million bottles. A wide range of wines is produced with a commendable concern for quality and consistency. The estate is HVE3 certified. In 2010, the directors acquired the Jeeper brand.
