The house style is evident in the expressive nose of baked apple, juicy heeled pear and hawthorn. Made mainly from Pinot Meunier grapes, this Extra Brut with a dosage of 3 g/l is full-bodied, creamy and chalky on the palate, with root notes and an energetic finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with papillotes of langoustines in citrus sauce.

Gaudinat-Boivin

Following a tradition of 5 generations of winegrowers since 1750, the estate is now run by brothers Hervé and David Gaudinat. The domaine's vineyards, located on the sunny hillsides of Festigny, Leuvrigny and Œuilly, on the south bank of the Marne Valley, cover just over 12 ha spread over 3 communes. Of the three grape varieties grown, two-thirds are meunier. Over 80% of the vines are grassed, and the estate has been HVE3 certified since 2018.
