If you're looking for a festive, joyful champagne, Gremillet is full of them, seeking freshness and crispness in many of its cuvées, as demonstrated by this blanc de blancs. Fine bubbles dot the brilliant, luminous color. It's classic, to whet the appetite with sushi, steamed or semi-cooked langoustines. It's certainly festive, but greedy and elegant.

The company's history began with Jean-Michel Gremillet, in 1979, and continues today with his children, Anne and Jean-Christophe, accompanied by their respective spouses. Together, they offer an optimistic view of the future, and place determination, dynamism and hard work at the heart of their values. Today, the company produces 500,000 bottles a year. A range of champagnes combining quality, freshness and elegance. The fruit of know-how and a precious land: a 55-hectare estate in the heart of the Côte des Bar terroir, where Pinot Noir is king.
