This 100% Chardonnay cuvée was vinified for 6 months in oak barrels. The nose bears witness to this, with its woody, vanilla notes. The palate remains greedy and fruity, almost sweet despite a balanced dosage of 7 g/l. Its power and slightly spicy notes will enable you to match it with exotic dishes such as poultry curry or pork colombo.

The company's history began with Jean-Michel Gremillet, in 1979, and continues today with his children, Anne and Jean-Christophe, accompanied by their respective spouses.
