Hervé Brisson

Founded by Hervé Brisson’s grandfather, the Hervé Brisson estate is located in Vert-Toulon, in the Petit Morin Valley near the Saint-Gond marsh. The estate comprises 3.35 hectares of vineyards, including 3.05 hectares of Chardonnay and the remainder planted with Meunier. Hervé Brisson has been managing his vineyard using organic farming methods since 2016 and prioritizes approaches based on living organisms to protect the ecosystem and the connection between the soil, plants, wildlife, and water. This respect for nature and patience are reflected in the cellar through extended aging, both in oak and in stoneware jars.
