A very atypical style for a rosé champagne. Far from the usual red fruit basket character, it expresses itself more in milk toffee, brioche and coconut. The palate is powerful, but the woody character takes over slightly.

The Paulet domain bears the name of the grandfather Hubert who developed it in the 1930s. A family home for four generations whose 8 hectares are all located in the premier cru classified village of Rilly la Montagne. The soils are tilled to give the most beautiful expression of the vines that are more than 20 years old, and are renewed by massale selection.
