Disgorged in 2023 and with only 200 numbered bottles, this vintage makes no secret of its age, with an evolution perceptible from the very first nose. There are aromas of fresh walnut, hazelnut and raspberry jam. A self-confidence that makes you smile. The palate still retains a superb effervescence, accompanied by the tension of citrus zest. The wine retains an astonishing freshness that gives the impression of eternal youth. A lovely experience.

The Bourgeois family cultivates 7 hectares of the three Champagne grape varieties to offer a wide range of wines. Their work is focused on respectful, virtuous viticulture. The estate has been HVE3 and VDC certified since 2021. Jérôme is in charge of all vineyard work, from pruning to harvesting. Céline, who has worked in various vineyards, is in charge of the wine and sales side. She is also a member of the local winegrowers' cooperative.
