You need to give it time to open up quietly so that it can deliver its discreet notes that whisper to the taste buds. Floral, incense, almond and hazelnut are all present, against a backdrop of crisp, yellow-fleshed fruit. Texture, structure and even tannins may surprise, but with roast veal with morel mushrooms or smoked salmon, this is a wine to remember.

Located in the Marne Valley in Aÿ, this house has vines on just 3 hectares classified as Premier and Grand Cru. Marie-Marjorie Laurent is a young winemaker who has taken over from her parents. Her father Denis had already introduced tillage and partial grassing, which she continues today, as well as vinification without malolactic fermentation.
