A vintage cuvée with an intense golden color. The nose reveals aromas of toasted, buttery farmhouse bread and hints of undergrowth. On the palate, the wine combines roundness and fine bubbles with a very fresh structure. A perfect match for a veal chop with cream and morels.

Located in the Marne Valley in Aÿ, this house has vines on just 3 hectares classified as Premier and Grand Cru. Marie-Marjorie Laurent is a young winemaker who has taken over from her parents. Her father Denis had already introduced tillage and partial grassing, which she continues today, as well as vinification without malolactic fermentation.
