What a delight to drink as an aperitif! And why not with an ice cube or in a morito version instead of rum, or on pan-fried foie gras, blue cheese, apricot desserts, nougat... It's so good, soft, suave, honeyed, with rose, red and exotic fruits. Bravo!

Lepreux-Penet

Louis-Gilbert Penet became a harvester and handler in Verzy following the 1929 crisis, investing in cellars dug into the chalk at a depth of 18 meters. His son Jean-Marie succeeded him, creating the brand. It is the union of his eldest daughter Florence and Jean-Paul Lepreux that symbolizes the current entity. The vineyard extends over some 8 hectares on the Montagne de Reims. Here, they are concerned with the microbial life of the soils, with a desire to combine modern production tools with traditional methods. Since 2017, the winery has been experimenting with amphora vinification.
