Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The Dautreville family has been cultivating vineyards in Jouy-les-Reims for four generations. They farm 4 hectares of vineyards, which have been organically farmed since October 2023. Seven Champagne grape varieties are planted, and the winemaking and aging processes are adapted to each vintage and based on regular tastings. Stéphane, an artisan with a deep love for the land, and Patricia, an oenologist passionate about the magic of blends, work together while always respecting nature. “Les Arcanes de Joy” is their brand reserved for professionals, consisting of five permanent cuvées, supplemented by a few limited-edition cuvées.
