A rosé from both maceration and blending from the 2016 harvest. The wine offers polished tannins and crisp red fruit aromas. The low dose of sulfur requires care and delicacy on the part of the winemaker to avoid false tastes. A fragile, lively bottle to be kept in a cool place and offered to lovers of natural wines.

Marc Augustin

Marc Augustin, under the guidance of his wife Emmanuelle, creates his champagnes under the influence of the four elements. He believes that the world is a whole, and that every action brings about a reaction; it is therefore advisable to choose positive actions that promote harmony, something that his father initiated back in the 1970s, refusing to use chemical "pollutants". The winemaker is experimenting with flax plantations to preserve freshness, and permaculture with leguminous plants. Inspired by biodynamics and strongly influenced by the stars, his cuvées are telluric ("Earth"), solar ("Fire") and aerial ("Air"). "It's magical to make champagne and then have it tasted.
