In the heart of Festigny, in the Flagot Valley, Patrice Guay Champagne embodies the spirit of a family-owned estate deeply rooted in its terroir. Of the 12 hectares of vineyards surrounding the village, 10 are dedicated to the Meunier grape variety, and every cluster is grown, harvested, and vinified on the estate. The family prioritizes natural and responsible viticulture, notably by planting clover in the vineyards, which promotes soil balance and the vitality of the vineyard. Dosage is minimal, if not nonexistent, and aging is extended, with a minimum of 48 months.
