Its light color and lovely nose of macerated red berries open a tasting experience that continues on the palate with vinous flavors of citrus, wild strawberry and a touch of spice. A rosé that finds its balance between delicacy and tension, ideal with red fruit soup.

The house is located in the village of Mesnil-sur-Oger and owns 20 ha of vines, more than half of which are located on the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Here, malolactic fermentations are blocked in search of tension and purity in wines of great origins. The house's wide range has been extended to include a high-level cuvée parcellaire, and new, sober, elegant packaging. The estate will convert to organic farming in 2024.
