Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
A family-owned estate located in Cramant on the Côte des Blancs, passed down from generation to generation. There was a time when Denis was at the helm of this 3.8-hectare estate. Working alongside him for several years was his daughter, Marie. She learned the ropes of the trade by his side, and she has now taken over the reins of the estate. She tends to her Chardonnay vines planted in the towns of Cramant, Avize, and Chouilly, as well as Pinot Noir and Meunier vines from the Marne Valley. What sets this estate apart: no blended wines. Chardonnay in all its splendor, with five wines, a blanc de noirs (Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), and a rosé.
