The Torchet family is based in Villenauxe-la-Grande in the Aube region, and it was Henri Torchet who founded the company in 1966, working 2 ha of vines. In 2024, his grandson, Pierre-Henri, and his partner decided to found their own Ph Torchet brand alongside the family business. They worked 3.5 ha of vines, which they immediately converted to organic farming.
