The nose delivers an expression of undergrowth tinged with smoke and basmati, followed by fresh mushrooms and pear. The rich, unctuous palate is refreshed by dense effervescence. The finish is saline and tender.

Pierre Launay

Champagne Pierre Launay has been established since 1973 in Barbonne-Fayel in the Sézannais region, south of the Côte des Blancs. The vineyard covers 14 hectares, two-thirds of which are located in Barbonne Fayel and Broyes (Marne), with the remaining third in Loches-sur-Ource and Buxeuil in the Côte des Bar (Barséquanais). The three brothers, Laurent, Lionel and Jérôme, work the soil and manage the estate together. The wines are kept in the cellar for a minimum of three years before release.
