Located in Le Breuil, in the Marne Valley, the Pierre Mignon estate has been cultivating its 20-hectare vineyard for five generations, planted primarily with Pinot Meunier (50%), alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Pierre and Yveline’s children have taken up the torch: Céline, who oversees sales in France and internationally, and Jean-Charles, the cellar master. They produce three lines of champagne and have opened a boutique in Épernay staffed by head sommelier Ludovic Pasté, who leads numerous tasting workshops and food-and-champagne pairing events.
