An original cuvée made from grapes from the Châtillonnais region, vinified in wood and qualifying as an effervescent wine. The color is golden with pink highlights. The nose evokes roses and the palate is straightforward, with mineral tension. Fine bitters on the finish. A curiosity to discover with friends as an aperitif.

Quentin Beaufort

Quentin is the son of Jacques Beaufort, a former Champagne "bio": back in 1971, it took courage to say that a different kind of viticulture could exist! Uncompromising, he has tried, tried and produced champagnes with a strong temperament. You may not like them, or you may become addicted to them, but his champagnes never leave you indifferent. The density of the material characterizes them with, for the finest vintages, rays of sunshine that sparkle in the glass.
