Established in Troissy since the beginning of the XXᵉ century, the company embodies a family tradition handed down through four generations. Valentin, then Joël and today Aurélien Raymond, who contributes to its development. Since 1973, the house has been making its own champagnes, with particular attention paid to terroir. Committed to sustainable viticulture since 2015, Aurélien obtained HVE3 certification in 2019, and in 2022, launched an organic cuvée under the Aurélie, Raymond brand.
