Made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes. Light golden color. The nose is fresh and delicate, with floral notes (jasmine) and white fruit (peach). The palate is fine. We find our white fruits punctuated by citrus zest. The finish is balanced. Open as an aperitif with Parmesan shortbread.

Robert-Allait

Established five generations ago in Villers-sous-Châtillon, in the Marne Valley, the estate is run by Sylvie and Régis Robert, supported by their daughter and son-in-law. The vineyard comprises 14 ha spread over the southern slopes of the river, between Dormans and Épernay, in six different communes. The majority grape variety is obviously Pinot Meunier, as in many estates, except that here it is used to produce several exclusive cuvées. The estate has obtained HVE (high environmental value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne) certifications and, in 2018, decided to install beehives on its vineyards to promote biodiversity. The resulting honey pots are also on sale in their online store and at the estate.
