Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Founded in 1962 in Ambonnay by 58 winegrowers, Saint-Réol today unites 230 winegrowers around the values of quality, terroir and excellence. This cooperative cellar is unique in that it markets only 100% Grand Cru champagnes from prestigious villages such as Aÿ, Avize and Le Mesnil. The wines are aged in deep cellars, ensuring finesse and complexity. Cellar master Cédric Jacopin supervises the blending process.
