The color is lemon with light gold highlights. The nose is mineral, fragrant and delicate, expressing white fruits and flowers, and pure, fresh lemon. The mousse is lively and the bubbles are precise and delicate. The palate is mineral, crisp and salivating, on lemon and juicy white fruit, all with a sensation of lightness. The finish is intense and long.
