Sophie Cossy, the 10th generation of a family of winegrowers and estate owners, heads the family estate. The vineyard covers approximately 7 hectares divided into 34 plots across several Premier Cru villages (Jouy-lès-Reims, Pargny-lès-Reims, Ville-Dommange, Courmas, Serzy-et-Prin…), on the Petite Montagne de Reims. Meunier is the dominant variety (53%), followed by Pinot Noir (32%) and Chardonnay (15%). Sophie has developed environmentally friendly viticultural practices (HVE and VDC certifications), limiting the use of chemicals and promoting biodiversity and grass cover depending on the plot.
