The current owner's grandmother was the first winemaker in the commune of Chouilly. The fifth generation, incarnated by Diane and Louis, symbolizes the next generation in this family home, whose vines are planted on barely 30 cm of arable land, resting directly on the chalk. The terroir gives full expression to the fruit aromas, with the fine, exotic tones of the cru. Level 3 HVE (high environmental value) certification and a fine range to discover.
