The nose reveals aromas of ripe white and yellow fruit, acacia, vanilla and a hint of fennel. The palate is fine and still marked by barrel and amphora ageing, giving it a patinated, ample and airy texture. The finish rests on notes of fruit and cedar, showing all its ageing potential.

Vincent Couche

Vincent Couche is best known for the champagnes he produces in the heart of the Côte des Bar region. But for several years now, he has also owned 14 hectares of vines in northern Burgundy, in the commune of Molesme, with terroirs close to Chablis (Kimmeridgian) but also to the Centre-Loire (Oxfordian). This high proportion of limestone produces wines with great tension and excellent ageing potential. It produces white and red wines (in various appellations, including Chablis), as well as sparkling wines. The wines are matured both in barrel and in amphora. Excellent value for money for these biodynamic wines.
