Light lemon color with silver highlights. The lemony nose appears clear with hints of oak. The mousse and bubbles appear delicate and mineral. The woodiness is well integrated, airy and chalky on the palate, with yellow lemon zest providing fresh, silky acidity. Delicate palate with mineral and crystalline notes, fine and balanced. A wine for pleasure.
