Two sisters, Julie and Pauline, manage this estate located in Cramant, a prestigious Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs. In this town, as well as in Chouilly, Oger, Avize, and Oiry, they tend to 5.6 hectares of Chardonnay and 2.4 hectares of Pinot Noir, spread across multiple plots and thus diverse terroirs. The result is a range heavily focused on Chardonnay, featuring five wines, plus a 100% Pinot Noir, a blend predominantly made from Pinot Noir, and a Pinot Noir rosé. In addition to welcoming visitors to the estate, Julie and Pauline organize masterclasses and tastings and host guests at the pop-up lounge, their bar-terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards.
