William Saintot

Founded by William Saintot in Avenay-Val-d’Or, this family-owned estate was built on a dual expertise in vineyard management and viticultural nursery work. Today, this family tradition continues with the same high standards and is being carried forward alongside his grandson, Morgann. The champagnes are produced as “extra-brut” to preserve the natural balance of the blends, with some of the wines aged in barrels to add complexity and elegance. The 10-hectare organic vineyard is primarily planted with Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay, Meunier, and rare grape varieties such as Petit Meslier and Arban.
