Crunchy apricot, Ente plum and vine peach combine to compose a fleshy, charming bouquet, full of fruit and roundness, underlined by scents of old roses and lime blossom. On the palate, citrus fruits take over. Orange, Meyer lemon and kumquat combine their tangy notes like a summer salad by the sea. A fresh, invigorating champagne that is not opulent, but rather aristocratic. The finish, with its lovely bitterness, stretches out with tension.

William Saintot

Founded by William Saintot in Avenay-Val-d’Or, this family-owned estate was built on a dual expertise in vineyard management and viticultural nursery work. Today, this family tradition continues with the same high standards and is being carried forward alongside his grandson, Morgann. The champagnes are produced as “extra-brut” to preserve the natural balance of the blends, with some of the wines aged in barrels to add complexity and elegance. The 10-hectare organic vineyard is primarily planted with Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay, Meunier, and rare grape varieties such as Petit Meslier and Arban.
