Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
A historic Champagne brand, Brimoncourt has enjoyed a new lease on life since its acquisition in 2008 by Alexandre Cornot, a visionary in his field who has surrounded himself with an efficient team. The house carefully selects its Chardonnays from the Sézannais and the Côte des Blancs, complemented by Pinot Noirs and Meuniers from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley. Under the direction of François Huré, cellar master, the house produces a wide range of elegant, pure, and refined champagnes, such as its Extra Brut and Blanc de Blancs.
